The Smurf Mini In-Line Case Maker is a flexible and economic alternative to other manufactures of small flexo-folder-gluers.  The Smurf is capable of production speeds up to 300 sheets per minute with in-line die cutting as a standard feature.  This machine currently serves many markets, and has proven to be a reliable workhorse.

The Smurf has a maximum carton size of 27.56" x 70.87" and a minimum carton size of 27.56" x 9.06".

The ZXE 300 in-line folder gluer featured on the Smurf contains JS patented technology in a ratchet reversing mechanism for automatic carton counting and batching.
