The JS Blue Ocean Xtreme is a high board line, high graphics flexo press with up to 7 colors.  A rotary die cutter section or flatbed die cutter section are available for the customer to choose from as standard configurations for this machine, making it an in-line production piece.

The high board line design of this machine allows for non-stop plate mounting, ink washing and the changing of anilox and rubber rolls at idle units.  The result is 3 minute setup times!

The Blue Ocean 1200 has a maximum production speed of 180 sheets per minute, while the Blue Ocean 1600 has a maximum production speed of 150 sheets per minute.
