At JS the focus in service is to provide the highest level of customer support rather than creating the principal profit center with, "I got you," inflated prices.
Our support starts with our 24/7 call center providing worldwide assistance with a team of technical engineers. Additionally, parts are maintained at all JS support locations. In North America, NCM's warehouse in Maryland offers domestic support and the Mexico City support center is a source in North America.
Outside technicians are accessible from al NCM and JS offices to meet customer needs. In addition, with long term support, the service team typically remains on site for extended customer training and support. In the early days of installations, JS is there to ensure that customer expectations are in fact realized.
